A: Asobu offers a limited lifetime warranty covering the body of the bottle. We also provide a 30-day guarantee for issues like paint chipping, defective lids, and damage upon arrival. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, or products used commercially. Claims require proof of purchase and details about the damage. The warranty focuses on product replacement, not refunds.

Q: What is Bestie bottle's return policy?
A: You can return an online order within 30 days of receiving it. We will send you a prepaid return label and full refund of your hard earned money! In order to submit a return, contact info@asobubottle.com with your order number and reason for return (e.g., defective product, wrong product, product not as expected, arrived too late). This policy does not apply to wholesale purchases.

A: Bestie Bottles ship to the Continental US & Canada. International orders will receive an extra shipping charge.

Q: How often do I need to wash my Bestie bottle?
A: For optimal cleanliness, we recommend washing your Asobu bottle after each use, especially if you're filling it with beverages other than water. This helps prevent any buildup of residue or bacteria, keeping your bottle fresh and ready for your next drink. If you're using your bottle for water only, a wash every couple of days should suffice. For best results, wash and allow it to air dry completely.

Q: How do I clean the different parts of my Bestie bottle?
A: The body of the bottle and the lid are dishwasher safe. The silicone head and straw should be hand washed only with warm soapy water and set to air dry completely.
